Arkansas Soaring

Yesterday, my son and I went to Danville for some training hill flights and then to Butch's place in Oklahoma for some high mountain flights. I managed to get off at abot 2 PM but the winds never really cooperated for David to safely launch. I have posted three videos that I made during the day. The first two are of David launching at the training hill. The third one is of Mel launching at Butch's. He flies fast to get quickly to the lift band. This is a technique that I doubt will work with a Falcon.
